疹子既出，毒瓦斯不透，兼热痰积于胸膈之间，痰在膈上，喘促气逆，水乳饮下为酷为所膈，略嗽即吐，治宜利气消痰，加竹茹、竹沥、黄荆沥，更好再加枇杷叶，若被胃火所冲，重加生石膏，火毒上冲，水火相激，两不相下，任其吐逆往上，而我之药进一步则吐，退一步频频与之，自然消受矣。
