凡噎膈反胃，得药而愈者，不可便与粥饭，惟以真人参（五钱）、陈皮（二钱）、老黄米（一两）。

作汤细啜，旬日后方可食粥，仓廪未固，便进米谷，常致不救。又一年之内，切忌房欲，犯之必旧症复发而死。
