《备急千金要方》真珠丸·

治小儿痰实结聚，宿癖羸露，不能饮食方。

真珠（半两）麦冬（一两）蕤仁（二百枚）巴豆（四十枚）

上四味为末蜜丸，期岁儿服二丸如小豆大，二百日儿服如麻子二丸，渐增以知为度，当下病赤黄白黑葵汁，下勿绝药，病尽下自止。久服使小儿肥白，甚验。
