凡食煎炙面食,肥甘椒辣等物,令人焦烦消渴者,宜以淡豆豉一物煎汤主之。盖万物归于腐,又曰腐胜焦,淡豉原经 造,而质已腐,则能腐化诸味矣,故称其良。
