血之在身，随气而行，常无停积。若因堕落损伤，即血行失度，随伤损之处即停积。若流入腹内，亦积聚不散，皆成瘀血。凡瘀血在内，颜色萎黄，气息微喘，涩涩小寒，吸吸微热，或时损痛也。
