小儿为金刃所伤，谓之金疮。若伤于经脉，则血出不止，乃至闷顿；若伤于诸脏俞募，亦不可治；自余腹破肠出，头碎脑露，并亦难治；其伤于肌肉，浅则成疮，终不虑死。而金疮得风，则变痉。
