濮妪，于酷热之秋，浑身生疖如疔，痛楚难堪，小溲或秘或频，大便登圊则努挣不下，卧则不能收摄。人皆谓其虚也。孟英诊脉，滑数，舌紫、苔黄而渴。予白虎汤加花粉、竹叶、栀子、白薇、紫菀、石斛、黄柏，十余剂而痊。
