《金匮悬解》湿病十一·

风湿相抟，骨节疼烦掣痛，不得屈伸，近之则痛剧，汗出短气，小便不利，恶风不欲去衣，或身微肿者，甘草附子汤主之。

湿流关节，烦疼掣痛，不得屈伸，近之则痛剧。汗出短气，小便不利，湿土中郁，肺金不得降敛，故气短而汗泄。肝木不得升达，故水阻而尿癃。阳遏不达，则恶风寒。气滞不通，则见浮肿。甘草附子汤，甘草、白术，补土而燥湿，附子、桂枝，暖水而疏木也。
