《金匮悬解》奔豚四·

发汗后，脐下悸者，欲作奔豚，茯苓桂枝甘草大枣汤主之。

汗亡血中温气，木郁风动，摇荡不宁，则生振悸，轻则枝叶振惕而悸在心下，重则根本撼摇而悸在脐间。若脐下悸生，则奔豚欲作矣。苓桂甘枣汤，茯苓、桂枝，泻癸水而疏乙木，甘草、大枣，补脾精而滋肝血也。
