腹满，舌痿黄，躁不得睡，属黄家。

土郁不运，则病腹满。《素问·痿论》：治痿独取阳明，舌痿黄者，土湿胀满，阳明上逆，君火不得下降，郁于戊土之中，火土合邪，湿热熏蒸，故舌痿而发黄，黄为土色而舌为心窍也。火不根水，故躁不得睡。此属黄家。
