胃反，吐而渴欲饮水者，茯苓泽泻汤主之。

胃反，呕吐而渴欲饮水者；湿盛胃逆而火不根水也。以戊土上逆，降路瘀塞，君相二火，不得下蛰，逆刑辛金，是以渴生。茯苓泽泻汤，茯苓、泽泻、桂枝，疏木而泻水，姜、甘、白术，降逆而燥土也。
