干呕哕，若手足厥者，橘皮汤主之。

干呕哕者，胃气上逆，浊阴涌泛也。肺气阻滞，郁生痰涎，遏抑清阳，不得四布，故手足厥逆。橘皮汤，橘皮、生姜，降冲逆而行瘀浊也。
