胸痹不得卧，心痛彻背者，栝蒌薤白半夏汤主之。

胸痹不得眠卧，心痛彻背者，是阴邪上填，冲逼心宫，而胸膈痹塞，气无前降之路，膈上莫容，是以后冲于脊背也。栝蒌薤白半夏汤，栝蒌涤瘀而清烦，薤白、白酒、半夏，破壅而降逆也。
