中寒，其人下利，以里虚也，欲嚏不能，此人肚中寒。

中寒，其人大便下利，以其里阳之虚也。若欲嚏不能，此人肚中阳虚而寒盛也。《灵枢，口问》：阳气和利，满于心，出于鼻，则为嚏。嚏者，肺气逆行，蓄极而通，而泄路迫狭，故激而为响。至于欲嚏不能，则气虚寒盛，较上之善嚏者，又不如也。
