蛔虫之为病，令人吐涎心痛，发作有时，毒药不止，甘草粉蜜汤主之。

蛔虫之为病，令人吐涎沫而心痛，以肝心子母之脏，气通于心，其经夹胃口而贯膈，正由心旁，蛔者木气所化，木郁而上冲，故心痛也。心病则火炎而刑金，津液不布，故涎沫上涌。蛔有动止，故发作有时。毒药不止者，但知杀虫，而木郁不达也。甘草粉蜜汤，甘草补土，白粉杀虫，蜂蜜润燥而清风，滑肠而下积也。
