面黄如土色，或面带虚浮，脐上微痛，肚皮热，饮食减少，才食、便言脐上及腹中痛，所食不化，头微热。此因先食硬物或冷物，所伤在脾，治之先下青金丸（见前）

取下脾中积，后用匀气散、醒脾散调理。常服健脾散、万灵丸即愈。
