证名。大便排出垢腻腐败物质。为大肠湿热之证。见于热泻、热痢等病。《金匮要略·五脏风寒积聚病脉证并治》：“大肠有寒者，多鹜溏；有热者，便肠垢。”《医学入门》卷五：“肠垢即热泻，鸭溏即寒泻。”《诸病源候论·痢病诸候》：“由热痢蕴积，肠间虚滑，所以因下痢而便肠垢也。”参见肠垢、热泻、热痢等条。
