明代文学家。字深甫。钱塘（今浙江杭州）人。生活于万历（1573-1620）年前后。能诗文，兼通医理，擅养生，撰《遵生八笺》十九卷。记述有关四时调摄、生活起居、延年却病、饮食、灵秘丹药等养生之道，对于各种饮食记述较详。
