明代医家。字克学，又字志斋。象山（今属浙江）人。因多病习医，穷研医典，旁搜博证，尤推崇丹溪学说。着有《灵枢经摘注》十卷（1525年）。另撰有《志斋医论》两卷、《素问捷径》三卷、《痘疹论》等，此三书未见传世。
