病名。指怀孕后胚胎死亡已超过一二个月。而仍稽留在子宫腔内，表现为子宫不再增大，与原妊娠月份不符，并逐渐缩小，有时伴有阴道流血或流褐色分泌物，尿妊娠试验为阴性者，称过期流产。即死胎不下。治参死胎不下条。
