1、留针问题：眼针不宜留针过久，至少５分钟，最长不可超过１５分钟。

2、禁忌症：除病势垂危，抢救期间，精神错乱，气血虚脱已见绝脉者皆可用之。对震颤不止，躁动不安，眼睑肥厚（俗名肉眼胞）可以不用。
